101Publish LLC operates as a hybrid publisher and marketing firm that offers a range of services tailored to authors. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Book Publishing Services: Formatting, design, distribution, and print services for authors.
  • Marketing Assistance: Strategic guidance, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and related services.
  • Content Development: Assistance with website content, blog posts, author bios, and book descriptions.
  • Custom Projects: Any additional publishing and marketing services provided upon request.

These services can be purchased directly via our website or through manual payment arrangements (e.g., over the phone or via invoice).

By accessing our website and utilizing any of our services, you agree to comply with the following restrictions:

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Violate any local, state, or federal laws or regulations;
    • Use our website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
    • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities;
    • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the website, servers, or networks;
    • Use any automated tools, such as bots or crawlers, to collect data from our website without permission.

You must comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights of others while using our website and services.

To access certain services or place an order, you may be required to complete a checkout process, either through our website or manually. When placing an order, you agree to:

  • Pricing: Service prices are available on our website, while some services are quoted manually by one of our consultants over the phone or via email. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Any changes to pricing will be communicated through the website or directly to you.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment:
    • Debit/Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    • Manual payment arrangements (over the phone or via invoice)
    • Bank transfer (arranged in advance)
  • Installment Payment Options: In addition to full payment options, we offer installment payment plans, subject to availability and agreement. Installment payment plans may be applied to specific services based on the total amount and terms agreed upon. These terms will be clearly outlined and agreed to in writing prior to initiating services. By selecting an installment plan, you agree to the following:
    • Payment Schedule: The installment payment schedule will be defined based on the total service cost and the agreed-upon number of installments. Each installment payment is due by the specified due date, and it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.
    • Automatic Payments: If applicable, you may authorize automatic payments to be made according to the agreed installment schedule. If you choose this option, you agree to maintain sufficient funds in your account or credit limit to ensure timely payment.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before services are provided, unless otherwise agreed upon. In cases where services are provided on an installment basis, the payment schedule will be outlined and agreed to in writing.

The Author grants 101Publish LLC permission to use the Author’s name, book titles, and related materials for the purpose of publishing and marketing efforts in accordance with the services provided. This includes book publication, social media posts, promotional videos, advertisements, and more.

  • Book Publication: Once we receive full payment for your project, your book will be published within a 3 to 6-month period. This timeframe is designed to ensure that every aspect of your book, including editing, design, and review, is handled with care and precision, resulting in a polished final product.
  • Marketing Services: The fulfillment timeline for marketing services will vary based on the package you choose and the specific schedule agreed upon. We will provide you with a clear timeline, and offer regular updates throughout the process to ensure your marketing efforts align with your goals and expectations.
  • The Author retains 100% of the rights to the book, including all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks associated with the work.
  • The Publisher does not claim ownership over the content or any derivative works produced by the Author, except as necessary to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal or sensitive information you provide. Our collection and handling of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the performance of the services you have requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 101Publish LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 101Publish LLC, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

101Publish LLC reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page, along with an updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. By continuing to use our services after the updated Terms are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

101Publish LLC will not be liable for failure to perform or delays in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other unforeseen event that hinders our ability to provide services.

  • The Author shall receive 90% of the net revenue generated from the sales of the book in all formats, including but not limited to print, eBook, and audio formats.
  • The Publisher will retain 10% of the net revenue from book sales as compensation for publishing and marketing services.
  • Net revenue is defined as the amount received by the Publisher after any applicable distribution fees, taxes, or other deductions from third-party platforms and vendors.
  • The royalties from book sales will be deposited into the Author’s designated bank account every 6 months.

We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to specific conditions:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
    • A refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of payment or the initiation of the service, whichever occurs first. For installment plans, the same refund policy applies based on the first payment date or the initiation of the service.
    • If we fail to deliver the contracted services or products as outlined in the service agreement, a refund may be issued.
  • Non-Refundable:
    • Change of Mind: If the customer changes their mind or cancels the service after work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
    • Book Publishing Services: Once your manuscript has been submitted and work has commenced on the publication of your book, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, editing, formatting, design, and any other services related to the publishing process.
    • Book Marketing Services: Once marketing services are initiated—such as website creation, social media campaigns, advertising, or promotional materials—payments are non-refundable. Marketing efforts are designed for long-term growth, and the results may take time to fully materialize.
    • Service Commencement: For the purpose of this policy, “service commencement” is defined as the start of any work, including manuscript review, design work, or marketing activities—whichever occurs first. Once services have begun, we are unable to provide refunds due to the time and resources already committed.
    • Client Acknowledgment: By proceeding with any of our publishing or marketing services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the details of our services and communicate with us before the initiation of any work.
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact us via email at support@101publish.com within the applicable 7-day window. We will review your request and inform you of our decision.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests are typically reviewed within 30 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refund Charges: If a refund is granted, the following charges may apply:
    • Processing Fee: A flat $200 charge will be applied for processing all refunds.
    • Administrative Fee: An administrative fee of 10% of the total service cost will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
    • Service Fee Deductions: If any portion of the service has been provided or materials have been delivered, the refund will be prorated. This may include partial charges for consultation, design work, or other services already rendered.
